Cut off that length and repeat once more, to end up with two lengths of Velcro.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTake the fender, break off the hanger tab and lightly squeeze along the two outer crease lines to form it into shape. Thread the Velcro through the slots either side of the foam pads, ensuring the 'fluffy' side of the Velcro is in contact with the frame.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePosition the fender onto the down tube at a height that will catch spray and muck coming up from the front wheel. The widest end should be at the top.
